24 HR ACCESS TO APPOINTMENTS!!!
We are hoping to launch patient partner in April of this year.
Patient Partner is an automated system that allows you to book, cancel and check on appointments without the need to speak to a receptionist.

In order to do this YOU NEED TO HAVE AN UP TO DATE TELEPHONE NUMBER REGISTERED WITH US!!! Your telephone number and date of birth will identify you to the automated system so without it you can’t use it.

Please keep us updated by coming in to the surgery to update us or you can email your home, work and mobile numbers to Katie.power@hsthpct.nhs.uk

  You can now cancel your appointment by text message.
  The number to send your cancellation to is: 07827322803
  To cancel your appointment, please text CANCEL, with your name, DOB, first line of your address and date of your appointment.
(This number will not take incoming phone calls and reception staff cannot respond to any other requests, so please only use it to text appointment cancellations.)
