Please ring for results between 10:00 and 16:00.

If your results are absolutely normal, the receptionist will be able to tell you this over the telephone when you ring for your results.

In all other instances you will be asked to speak to or see a nurse or a doctor. This may involve a person to person or telephone consultation. It does not mean that there is something seriously wrong necessarily but does help us get the information to you in a clear fashion.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
